Hailey brings with her a passion to connect with and understand people. She has ten years of customer service experience through serving in local restaurants, managing banquets and events, and working in the vacation rental industry. Her communication degree coupled with her serving experience has allowed her to find a passion for providing excellence to those around her. Originally from California, Hailey decided to move to Washington state to finish her degree at the University of Puget Sound. She really found a love for communication because it helped her understand people and her community better. Wanting to connect with a smaller area, she decided to move to Whitefish, Montana. Once she knew Montana was her forever home, she wanted to find a career that would utilize her people experience along with her desire and passion to work hard, create relationships, and help people with long-term focused goals.
