Summer is the season we all look forward to. Warm sun, clear skies and all the outdoor activities you can imagine. Summertime is a favorable time and for most in the U.S., only get to enjoy it for a few months of the year. Some of our favorite memories and vacations take place in the summer. Read below to see what Cornerstone’s favorite summer vacations are.

Don – My favorite summer vacation is having our sons, daughters-in-law and grandkids in our presence and enjoying the time together.

Leslie – Definitely with family consisting of Don, myself and our 2 sons when they were younger and living at home. We took our young sons to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. It truly is the happiest place on planet earth for children. All the rides, all the happy sounds of families being together, all the food choices – but best of all is the joy & excitement in our son’s faces as they ate breakfast with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Snow White & The 7 Dwarfs. A magical trip in a magical kingdom

Hailey – When I was younger, during the summer my grandma would take me and my younger brother on the train from California to Colorado to visit her sisters and family. I loved these trips for many reasons. I loved sleeping on the train, playing cards and eating meals in the train cars. I also loved being in the warm Colorado sun and playing with my cousins.

Autumn – I love going to the beach with my family (either to Gulf Shores, AL or Destin, FL) - I love adventuring to new places/historical places. Now, I can't wait till my little one gets older so we can take her to Disney!!

Jennifer – My favorite summer vacation is our annual family trip to Fripp Island, SC. We have gone (almost) every year since I was born and it's an amazing time spent with my extended family. We have made such great memories there and watching my kids play with cousins the way we did has been amazing.
